(hawley,pa.)I recently ordered a flag of each sevice. when they arrived 3 of the 5 gold tips that adorned the sticks were in the bottom of the shipping carton. The shipping carton was undamaged.2 of the flag white plastic clips that hold the flags on the sticks were also in the bottom of the shipping carton. Even the flagd were ,inexpe nsive I was not impressed.---Leland benjamin
